OTB Group is a pre-development and consulting firm, registered in Thailand and led from Sanur, Bali. We work at the earliest and highest-risk stage of a project: testing the market, assessing the site, shaping the concept and positioning, and bringing the right operators, investors and partners to the table.


Our work spans Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam, with particular depth in marinas and waterfront-led resort projects, including current work in Labuan Bajo and on Rote Island in East Nusa Tenggara.

How we work

Value is more than just price. OTB is deliberately small and nimble. Every engagement is led directly by our principal, so clients get senior attention throughout without the overhead of a large consultancy.


Technical studies, such as engineering, bathymetry and hydrology, environmental, financial modelling and architecture, are delivered by trusted specialists that we bring in as needed. Our network across Asia lets us assemble the right team quickly, and scale it to the project.

IndoMare, eastern Indonesia: marina and waterfront development with an Indonesian partner, from 2023, including a marina on Rote Island and waterfront consulting for Meruorah Komodo, Labuan Bajo.


C9 Hotelworks, Phuket: sales leadership at a hospitality consultancy, with mandates for hotels, resorts and development land in Phuket, Koh Samui and Cha-Am.


The Halong Bay Company, Vietnam: marina and dock development consulting, including approval to build a marina on Cat Ba Island, gateway to Ha Long Bay.


Ana Marina & Yacht Club, Nha Trang: pre-opening and opening management, with 100 berths and a team of 225.


Takuapa marina feasibility study, Phang Nga: marina and marina-village study for an integrated resort.
